Lisa has meditated daily herself for 25 years, and has taught meditation for 15. She is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor, and has studied and practiced many forms of chakra meditation. She has engaged in many other forms of meditation through her practice of both martial arts and yoga. Currently she is practicing several forms of Tibetan Buddhist meditation with Lama Tsultrim Allione, and is a certified facilitator in Lama Tsultrim’s Feeding Your Demons method.
