SUMMARY:Chakra Basics for Daily Living
DESCRIPTION:July 14 3:30pm pt/6:30pm et. Offered through Gathering Volumes in Perrysburg\, Ohio. Do you know how to work with your energy in daily life? While the chakras\, or energy centers\, are often talked about in terms of energy healing or meditation\, many people don’t realize they can learn to use them in daily life to help shift a situation or their reaction. In this workshop you will learn the basics of the chakras in terms of the energies and psychological states each is linked to\, such as confidence\, relaxation\, authenticity\, insight\, etc. and how you can learn to bring these forth in the moment when you need them in a daily situation. You will also learn some of the differences in men’s and women’s energy bodies\, and how this impacts how you might work with the chakras. No prior knowledge of the chakras is necessary. \nTeachings from this class will be drawn from the book Chakra Empowerment for Women\, by the author Lisa Erickson. While this book focuses on specifics for women and those who identify as female\, the workshop is open to\, and will be relevant to\, anyone.
