Register to receive a Zoom invite to this workshop where you will be able the interact with Lisa via the chat feature. \nCourse description: \nDo you know how to work with your energy in daily life? While the chakras\, or energy centers\, are often talked about in terms of energy healing or meditation\, many people don’t realize they can learn to use them in daily life to help shift a situation or their reaction. In this workshop you will learn the basics of the chakras in terms of the energies and psychological states each is linked to\, such as confidence\, relaxation\, authenticity\, insight\, etc. and how you can learn to bring these forth in the moment when you need them in a daily situation. You will also learn some of the differences in men’s and women’s energy bodies\, and how this impacts how you might work with the chakras. No prior knowledge of the chakras is necessary. \nTeachings from this class will be drawn from Lisa’s book\, mentioned above. While this book focuses on specifics for women and those who identify as female\, the workshop is open to\, and will be relevant to\, anyone.
