SUMMARY:Energy Boundaries and Energy Line Work for Women
DESCRIPTION:This comprehensive interactive Zoom webinar will partially draw on exercises from Lisa’s book Chakra Empowerment For Women\, although purchase is not required. This workshop will include: \n– Definition of energy boundaries and energy lines \n– Overview of the chakras in relation to energy boundaries and energy lines \n– Limiting patterns and beliefs women are prone to in relation to boundaries and how feminine conditioning contribute to these \n– How trauma may have impacted someone’s ability to develop and maintain strong energy boundaries \n– Clearing exercises to help release these boundary hindrances on an energetic level \n– Guided energy body boundary exercises and tips for how to use them in daily life \n– The difference between energy lines\, cords\, and contracts in relationships of all types \n– Definition of cutting\, clearing and empowering energy lines \n– Guided energy body exercises for working with energy lines and how to use them in daily life \n– Q&A \nNote that this session is both ‘informational’ and a distance healing session. Lisa will conduct group healing similar to what she does in private sessions. Participants will also learn many techniques they can utilize on their own to facilitate healing. Lisa works in a trauma-informed way\, and so all work will be gently paced with multiple involvement options. While video participation is encouraged\, participants may use audio only and sign up with a pseudonym when logging into Zoom in order to presever anonymity if this is a concern. \nThe intensive will be conducted in a private Zoom session from 9-11am pacific time on May 8th\, and will be available by recording afterwards for those who cannot attend live (though live is encouraged\, so you can ask questions.)
