Lisa Erickson\, author of Chakra Empowerment for Women: Self-Guided Techniques for Healing Trauma\, Owning Your Power & Finding Overall Wellness from Llewellyn Publishing will talk about the differences between the feminine and masculine energy body\, and how you can work with both within yourself. She will walk us through several brief chakra (energy center) contemplative exercises for activating parts of our energy body. She will also discuss the energy body in relation to menstruation\, pregnancy\, post-partum\, perimenopause and menopause\, and how to work with these transits for healing and empowerment.
