Would you like to integrate guided contemplative energy work into your client practice? This kind of work truly empowers your clients to work with their own energy bodies to deepen their personal transformation. By guiding your clients through chakra practices specific to their needs and goals you can complement any other work you are doing with them. In this course you will learn levels of energetic support you can offer your clients, and what is appropriate for both you and them. You will also learn tools to advance your own healing gifts, empower your energetic boundaries, clear your energy field, and shift between levels of energetic support.

Pre-requisites: Participants should have training or certification in another modality, or equivalent experience, and already be familiar with the 12 Tools in Chakra Empowerment for Women, either through the related course (preferred), workshops, or private session work. Those who have self-studied will be considered. Note that in Fall/Winter 2025-26, the 7 session Women’s Energetics course Lisa is offering qualifies for this prerequisite, and she will offer bundled pricing for those interested in both.

Training Overview

This course is for practitioners of other therapeutic, healing and teaching modalities who would like to incorporate guided chakra-based energy work such as that utilized by Lisa in private sessions and workshops, and some of which is presented in her book Chakra Empowerment for Women. You will learn the different levels of contemplative guided energy work, and how to help your clients activate their own energy bodies with your support. You will practice this with other participants and outside volunteers. You will learn how to guide all 12 activations for the empowerments offered in Lisa’s book Chakra Empowerment for Women, as well as variations and when to utilize each one. You will also learn 6 additional guided energy work tools. Trauma sensitivity, gender considerations, ethics, and many other topics will also be covered.

Practitioners should be trained in another modality such as therapy, coaching, reiki, another energy healing modalities, body work, somatic work, yoga teacher training or a comparable practice as this course is not meant to be an introductory course for client work, but rather an adjunct modality. The training focus is on one-on-one client work, not the teaching of this material in a group setting, but Lisa will authorize including it in workshop settings on an individual basis. At the completion of the course, participants are welcome to include this training in their bio and utilize Lisa as a reference for this aspect of their work.

The course also includes 3 private 1 hour Zoom sessions with Lisa focused on how best to integrate this work into your own work, and personal energy work to support your own ability to do so. This work includes empowerments to develop your intuitive ability to safely work with others’ energy bodies.

In terms of commitment, there are two classes per month, and participants are required to attend at least 9 of the 12 live. Participants also need to attend at least 2 of the 6 practice sessions, and should plan on spending time each month on forum participation, personal energy work, and  practice sessions. Three private sessions with Lisa are included in the 6 months, and will be scheduled based on mutually agreed upon times. While all classes will be recorded and made available to all participants, the assumption is that participants will make every attempt to attend as many sessions as possible live (see below for full schedule in Pacific Time and please translate to your time zone.)

Course Fee Includes:

  • Twelve 2 ½ hours Zoom sessions, 2 per month (see below for schedule.) All recordings are yours to keep, and made available in both audio and video formats for downloading.
  • Six 1 hour partner practice sessions, attending at least two is required but you may attend all.
  • 3 Private Sessions with Lisa, scheduled together at mutually available times.
  • All printed material for the course, including guiding scripts for all of the 18 tools you will learn, additional diagnostic material, and teaching notes.
  • Optional followup support monthly sessions twice a quarter to practice and Q&A.

Cost:

  • Early bird pricing of $799 if paid in full by December 31st, 2025
  • $900 total if paid in full by course start date of March 2nd, 2025
  • Payment Plan Option: 3 payments of $325 (total $975) due March 1st, May 1st and July 1st 2025
  • Past Course Participants may retake the course for $300 which includes 1 private session (instead of 3.) Participation requirements apply.
  • Sliding scale and other payment plans available for those truly committed to the course but unable to afford it at this time. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available so please contact Lisa as early as possible if interested in this option.

Curriculum/Schedule

Most teaching sessions after week 1 include breakouts where participants will practice guiding each other. In addition the Wednesday sessions are entirely for guided practice – sometimes with each other and sometimes with volunteers and/or past participants in the course.
