Lisa Erickson is an energy worker, author, and workshop leader specializing in women’s energetics, sexual trauma healing, kundalini processing and manifesting. She is the author of both Chakra Empowerment for Women and The Art & Science of Meditation, both from Llewellyn Worldwide Publishing. She has trained in many energy healing modalities and is certified in both mindfulness meditation instruction and trauma sensitivity. She is also a certified Feeding Your Demons facilitator and co-Director of the Mandala Method Program with the International Buddhist Organization Tara Mandala. Lisa is a member of the Energy Medicine Practitioners Association and The Breathe Network, a non-profit dedicated to supporting holistic healing for sexual trauma survivors.
