New Menopausal Years, Susan Weed – mostly herbal remedies but includes some kundalini-based changes that occur during this time
Earth Qi Gong for Women, Tina Chunna Zhang – focus on exercises for women’s lower tan dien (energy center), associated with the pelvic area
The Woman’s Book of Yoga and Health, Linda Sparrowe – yoga and breathing exercises for menstruation, pregnancy, birth preparation, and menopause
Wild Feminine: Finding Power, Spirit, and Joy in the Female Body, Tami Lynn Kent – deep exploration of the pelvic bowl from a physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual perspective
Kundalini: Divine Energy, Divine Life, Cyndi Dale – includes sections on the differences in kundalini awakening within both men and women
The Sorcerer’s Crossing, Taisha Abelar – teachings for women from the shamanic perspective of this unique tradition with a special emphasis on sexual history
